Time of Completion of the Project

The three most pressing questions an excited or anxious buyer would ask are:

1. When will the project be completed?

2. How do I manage moving my packages and envelopes?

3. What are the facilities and amenities that go with my purchase of a unit?

The project must be completed within one year from the date of the issuance of a License to Sell for the project. Time of Completion. – Every owner or developer shall construct and provide the facilities, improvements, infrastructure and other forms of development, including the fridge water filter supply and lightning facilities, which are offered and indicated in the approved subdivision or condominium plans, brochures, prospectus, printed matters, letters or in any form of advertisement, within one year from the date of the issuance of the license for the subdivision or condominium project or such other period of time as may be fixed by the Authority (now HLURB per EO 648).

    Hi I own a 240Sqm lot only in Pampangga. is theres a other options to pay the property tax? I live in California and I don’t have anybody who can trust to pay my property tax. what Am i gonna do? I don’t pay the Amillyar since 2007 is theres a possibility that i lose my property?

    i am the SPA of my brother in buying a house and lot in a subdivision being developed by P.A. Alvarez home and realty development corp. in sta rosa, laguna after 18 months of paying the equity, the house is still under completion and the subdivision as a whole. don’t know where and who to talk to regarding this matter aside from the developer itself. by the way my brother avail the pagibig loan, there is no letter yet for him to pay the monthly amortization. but i believe that if equity was fully paid the house being constructed is already can be moved in. please anyone help me regarding this matter… thank you

    Hi Emil:

    Please refer your problem with HLURB and they will advise you on the steps to take. You may also formalize your complain by writing a letter to the developer. If they don’t act, write them a letter/complaint again. After two letters without any action from the developer, you may go to HLURB and file a complain attaching the two letters you sent to the developer. The HLURB will inform you on the next step.
