If you are inquiring on a foreclosed property, please make sure you are prepared (time and money wise) to make an offer on the property immediately after information is given to you/view the property, as foreclosed properties sell fast.
If you do not want to work with us, and only plan to get the information, please just go directly to the bank.
For those ABROAD, please make sure BEFORE you inquire, you have trustworthy relatives in the Philippines to check the property(viewing/tripping) and to fix papers including a SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY authenticated by the Consul.
