The-Village-Sports-Club-log1. Who is the developer of The Village Sports Club?

The developer of The Village Sports Club is PNC Garnet Property Holdings Corporation which is a Filipino-owned, multi-business firm based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

2. How big is the development?

The Village Sports Club is composed of two phases – Phase 1 & Phase 2. The total combined size of our development is 1.8 hectares.

3. When is the target completion of Phase 1 and Phase 2?

Phase 1 is projected to be completed not later than March 2010.

Phase 2 is projected to be completed no later than December 2010.

4. How much is our monthly membership dues?

The monthly dues for members is Php2500

5. Definition of terms:

Principal Member: Refers to the one who owns the club share (individual and Corporate Account)

Nominee : Refers to those persons named by the Class A and B shareholders who shall be entitled to use the club facilities.

Extension members: refers to the children of the member/nominee.

Assignee: Refers to the share assignee (individual and Corporate account)

6. Up to how many extension members can we accept?

We can accept as many as the member’s number of children, provided that the children are below 21 yrs old and unmarried.

7. When could an individual/corporate buyer of a share use the facilities?

The individual/corporate buyer can use the facilities after passing the 15 days screening process for membership and he/she had already paid at least 10% of the total share price.

8. How many days will the membership card be issued?

After approval of membership application, the member shall receive his/her ID within 15 working days.

The-Village-Sports-Club019. Are all sports facilities/amenities inside The Village Sports Club free of use for all members?

No. Certain facilities/amenities inside the VSC premises are not free of use (i.e. electricity for all courts, the services of gym trainors, massage, spa, etc.)

10. When will the membership dues be demandable to the member?

Membership dues will be demandable by December 2009 and for upon completion of Phase 1, whichever comes first.

11. What is the Pool Usage Fee form for?

The Pool Usage Fee form is VSC’s temporary swimming rates for members and sponsored guests until such time that we are fully operational in Phase 1.

12. How many guests can a member sponsor per day?

The member could sponsor a maximum of 16 guests a day and for sponsorships of more than 10 guests, a written notice shall be submitted to the General Manager with at least 3 working days notice.

13. What will the sponsored guest present to the VSC receptionist prior to using their desired facility ?

The sponsored guest should show a letter of endorsement to the VSC receptionist prior to using any amenity or facility inside VSC.

14. How many restaurants will vsc have?

  • Boost!! (A sandwich & Juice Bar located inside The Sports and Wellness Pavilion)
  • The Pump (A sandwich & Juice Bar located at the center of The Village Sports Club)
  • Nicky’s (Member’s Bar located at the center of the The Village Sports Club)
  • Mandalay (Fine Dining Restaurant located at Phase 2)
  • Lanai (Outdoor Informal Dining located at Phase 2)
  • The Alleys (Sports Diner located at Phase 2)
  • Circles and Squares (Dessert Station located at Phase 2)

15. How many function rooms will the Village Sports Club have in Phase 27

  • Grand Ballroom
  • 3 function rooms
    • Azule
    • Rosa
    • Rojo

16. Won’t water be an issue since were in BF?

No, as Maynilad is set to come in BF Homes, Paranaque City.

17. Are pets allowed in the VSC premises?

No Pets are not allowed to be brought inside VSC premises.
