On a more personal note, I’d have to say my favorite would be Tokyo Mansions. I just love the tranquil and serene look of the houses.

Other notable features of South Forbes:

• The clubhouse for each community is exclusive to the homeowners. This only means if you live in one of the Phuket Mansions, you cannot enter the clubhouse of the Tokyo Mansion Homeowners.
• Security is pretty tight as well. They asked for our IDs everytime we went there to check out any new developments.
• For most areas in South Forbes, underground wiring is a standard. No ugly wires or meralco posts in sight!
• At the highest ridge of The South Forbes Golft Course, is a breath-taking, panoramic view of Laguna, Mt Makiling and of course, the golf course.

I’m hoping with my salary I’ll be able to buy a house in South Forbes but for now, I guess the OFWs and businessmen are lucky to be able to have their pick among the mansions. For folks like me, the Golf View Terraces are competitively priced – I guess that’s where I’ll fit in for now.
