As of January 2010, 100% of units turned over have been accepted by One Serendra’s future residents.
Completed Amenities for Section D include the Gym and Narra landscaping. Amenities still undergoing construction are the Sky Deck, Swimming Pool, Indoor Play Area and Putting Green.
Construction is in full swing, with structural works already at the 34F. Top-off for the East Tower is expected by June 2010, and two (2) actual units for viewing are currently being prepared for completion at the 2F.
