BPI offers low housing loan interest rate

From March 1 to 31, BPI Direct, the country’s first and only Internet bank will offer the lowest housing loan rate of 8.75% fixed for 5 years. Applications will be facilitated online for easy convenience and fast access, according to a statement from the bank.
Other housing loan interest rates available are 8% for annual repricing; fixed interest rates of 8.50% for 2-3 years, 10.50% for 10 years and 10.75% for 15 years, it said.
“Our goal is to empower clients to finance the home they’ve always envisioned their family to live in. Applying for a housing loan is a great low-risk financing option for individuals or families, especially with these low fixed rates.” says Raul Dimayuga, BPI Direct President. “The fixed rates allow you to plan ahead without worry of incremental charges.”
Anyone who has been employed for the last two years can apply for the BPI Direct lousing loan. The loan can be used for various housing options such as purchasing a vacant lot, purchasing a house and lot, constructing a house, renovating existing home and re-financing housing loans with other financial institutions.

hi there, me and my husband is planning to have our own house. and we wanted to go on a housing loan. my husband is working, he’s a seamn for almost 10 years now. and what we want to know is how much interest if we took the loan for 5 years. and is it the interest payable every month? and what are the requirements? and do we need a guarantor? well, i hope that you could answer us back regarding this matter. and im hoping for your reply asap.
and by the way, if ever my husband is qualified, do we need to pay for a downpayment for our housing loan?
